Discover the MADE Method
Unlock a unique approach to wellness that integrates faith with practical habits. The MADE Method is designed for Christian women seeking to care for their bodies, strengthen their faith, and build healthier habits without shame.
What makes the MADE Method unique?
The MADE Method stands apart by connecting spiritual growth directly with practical wellness. It’s more than just a diet or exercise plan; we help women address their whole self through four integrated areas: Mindset, Awareness, Discipline, and Eating.
Mindset
Renew your thinking through Scripture and prayer, transforming how you approach health and wellness.
Awareness
Recognize your habits and triggers to make conscious, intentional choices that align with your faith.
Discipline
Develop consistent practices that build strength, resilience, and stewardship of your body.
Eating
Getting to know a better way of eating and how it connects to Biblical principles.

Your journey through the MADE Method
Your journey begins by setting a wellness intention and inviting God into the process. Throughout, you'll practice Scripture, prayer, hydration, movement, daily check-ins, and reflection. Build awareness of your habits, develop greater discipline, celebrate progress, and receive encouragement from a vibrant community. You'll finish with a clear plan for continuing to steward your body beyond the 21 days.
